Turn every phone in the stands into a pixel.

Every phone becomes one pixel, each lit differently, so together the crowd draws words, logos, and motion across the stands. GPS time is the refresh clock. No wristbands. No hardware.

How it works

From seat map to showtime.

  1. 01

We map your stadium, seat by seat.

Satellite imagery, your seating chart, and your ticket manifest become one map of every seat in the house. Each seat is a pixel with a known place on the display.

  2. 02

    You design the moment.

Words, logos, motion. Compose it on the map, and Torchy writes a personal script for every seat: what that one phone shows, frame by frame.

  3. 03

Fans scan. Their phone plays its pixel.

A fan scans the code on their seat. Their phone downloads only its own script and plays it on GPS time, so tens of thousands of pixels are designed to refresh on the same frame. Shows can be scheduled to the millisecond, days ahead.

Indoors, where GPS can’t reach, phones get the same time from Torchy’s GPS-disciplined servers. Nothing streams during the show.

  4. Every phone, one pixel.
    Together, the picture.

Why not wristbands

The lights are already in their hands.

LED wristbands mean ordering, shipping, handing out, and collecting — for one night. Torchy uses the light every fan already carries.

  • A true display, not a blinking crowd.

Every phone is an individually addressable pixel with its own script, so the stands draw words, logos, and motion — from phones fans already carry.

  • Nothing to buy, ship, hand out, or collect.

No boxes at the gates. No volunteers at the exits. No bins of plastic after the game.

  • Uses the phones fans already hold up.

Camera flash or full-screen color — the gesture your crowd already makes on a big moment.

  • Reprogram any show minutes before kickoff.

A show is data, not a shipment. Change the words, the colors, or the whole sequence on game day and republish.

  • Every sport. Every venue.

Effects are drawn on the stands, not the building — the same show runs in a stadium, an arena, or a fieldhouse.

  • Sponsor-ready moments.

A reveal the whole crowd takes part in, timed to the second and repeatable every home game.

Deploy your way

Four ways in. One show.

Every path plays the same per-seat scripts on GPS time, so a fan in your app and a fan who just scanned a code are pixels in the same picture.

The standalone Torchy app.

Fans download Torchy, pick the event and their seat, and hold up their phone. It plays that seat’s pixel — camera flash or full-screen color — with a big countdown before every show.

  • iOS and Android
  • Flash or screen-color mode
  • Seat badge and countdown built in
